Payment is due at the end of each session or at the final session of the week. We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard as forms of payment.
We do not belong to any insurance networks. We will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement you may be entitled to based on your coverage.
We strongly suggest you check with your individual insurance company to determine whether or not you have coverage for speech and language services. It is solely your responsibility to determine your coverage, as well as, if any preauthorizations are required to evaluate or treat your child.
Periodically, insurance companies will request additional information such as evaluation reports and progress notes. We are happy to provide these to you or your insurance company.
